LES MILLS BodyPump, BodyBalance & BodyCombat: A new generation of exercise class that will improve your mind and energize your body! Check out our updated schedule and book your class today!
YOGA - Yin, Hatha Flow, Hatha Strength, Yahweh Yin, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, BodyFlow® (a blend of Tai Chi, Pilates & Yoga), Kids Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. All classes are offered with modifications for beginners to our more advanced yogis.
MAT PILATES - open to all levels. Modifications for beginners to advanced to always keep you challenged and wanting more!
BARRE - fusing the best of Pilates, yoga & aerobics, Barre delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but will sculpt your body. Cardio Barre gives you a chance to get your heartrate up!
CORE - focused core-challenging workouts.
WEIGHT TRAINING - TRX Fusion, Kettlebell and Total Body Fusion.
