Hello Breathe Ripon Family!


As summer winds down, we’re gearing up for a fantastic fall season full of energy, inspiration, and community. Whether you’re returning to the studio after a summer break or you’ve been with us all season long, we’ve got some thrilling updates to share with you!


🍁 Embrace the Change with Our Fall Schedule


With autumn just around the corner, we’re spicing things up at Breathe Ripon—think of it as the fitness equivalent of your favorite pumpkin spice latte! Our updated fall schedule is designed to bring you a balanced blend of strength, flexibility, and endurance, all while keeping things fun and fresh.


Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect:


• Tuesdays 8:30 AM: Start your day with BodyBalance, a class that merges the best of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates for a full-body workout that leaves you feeling centered and strong.

• Thursdays 8:30 AM: Shapes: Yoga returns with a renewed focus on helping you build strength and flexibility in a supportive environment.

• Wednesdays 6:30 AM: Get your heart pumping early with BodyCombat—a high-energy class inspired by martial arts that will have you sweating and smiling before the day begins.

• Wednesdays 6:30 PM: End your day with Tactical Yoga, designed to combine mindful movement with functional strength training.


Whether you’re an early riser or prefer to work out in the evening, we’ve got something to fit your schedule and keep you moving through the season.


🏫 Back-to-School, Back to Breathe


As the kids head back to school, why not reclaim some time for yourself? Our morning classes are perfectly timed for you to drop off the little ones and then head straight to the studio. Imagine this: a peaceful morning workout followed by a relaxing coffee—sounds like a dream, right?


Here’s what we’ve lined up for you:


• Monday & Wednesday Mornings: Shapes classes at 8:30 AM. Start your week with a class that’s as empowering as it is fun.

• Friday Mornings: Yin Yoga at 8:45 AM. A gentle, slow-paced practice that will leave you feeling calm and restored.

• Saturday Mornings: BodyPump at 8:30 AM. Because weekends are for strength training and feeling unstoppable.


🥊 BodyCombat Is Back and Better Than Ever!


Missed BodyCombat? Good news—it’s back on the schedule! Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 PM for a class that’s sure to get your adrenaline pumping. This isn’t just another workout; it’s an empowering experience that blends elements of Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai, and more into a stress-busting, calorie-torching session. No prior experience? No problem! BodyCombat is perfect for all fitness levels.
